This includes understanding the opportunities and needs within the sector. Many companies, I noticed, lack the appropriate expertise in cleanroom cleaning and the cGMP quality assurance system. At the same time, choosing to handle the cleaning in-house is often an unsound strategic decision. This led me to confidently step into the market gap.
